Hi, I'm Tamara. I help adolescents manage stress, improve focus, build emotional resilience, and make sound decisions through breathwork, lifestyle medicine, and nervous system regulation. I teach evidence-based practical, easy-to-use tools that students can apply in real time—during class, before exams, or when emotions feel overwhelming.
As a mom who has raised three teenagers and a holistic school health nurse, I have a deep, practical understanding of the real-life challenges students face inside and outside of school. This perspective allows me to approach student wellness with empathy, clarity, compassion, and realistic strategies that work in everyday life.
My personal experience as a cancer survivor has enhanced my understanding of how chronic stress impacts the body and reinforced my commitment to providing accessible self-regulation tools that support long-term well-being.
